Managing Multiple Mailboxes in Outlook
  You can retrieve your email from multiple accounts easily.

The most important part is to setup and select your outgoing mail
server. This is called the default account in Outlook.


  First Step: Click Tools, Accounts



  Second Step: Adding the new account



  Third: Selecting a Default account

  Its the DEFAULT ACCOUNT setting that determines which name
is inserted into the FROM: field when sending outbound mail.
In the above example account, the emails I send will come from "george@insyncva.com"
